How to activate your STFree card
To activate your certification card, please call 888-207-4216. You will be asked to enter your certification number, pin number and last four digits of your social security number. Please remember that your card will not be fully activated unless we have received your test results and dates.
How do I update my membership status?
To update your membership status, you can go to www.STFree.com log in using your STFree member's number and password and download our update form. The form can also be mailed via US postal service within 2-5 business days. Contact STFree at 1-888-210-1105 to have one sent. Once you've completed your examination, have the completed form forwarded to:

If I lose my card, what should I do?
If you lose your card, please call 1-888-210-1105. You will be charged a $10 processing fee in order to receive a new card.
How can I change my pin number?
Simply call our member services number located on the back of your card and select the change pin number option. If you forget your password, please call our main office during business hours (888-210-1105) and we will issue a password reset. Please be informed that password resets will take 8-24 hours to take effect.
